The tone of voice was expressive yet welcoming, making Italian food feel less distant and more desirable. We focused on storytelling around ingredients, ambience and experience rather than just menu listings.
Through thoughtful creatives, Milano evolved into more than just an Italian brand, it became a place people felt curious about, comfortable in and excited to visit.
